Dharambir, a resident of Sanghi village, said that he was having a fight with Raghubir Singh over the land. Both belong to the same family. But due to the dispute, the two sides met face-to-face at around 9 am on Saturday. Meanwhile, his son 22-year-old Anil was attacked with a knife.
He was seriously injured in the attack. They took him to PGI Rohtak, where doctors declared him dead. But after committing the crime, the accused absconded from the spot. He reported the matter to Sadar police station in-charge Inspector Shamsher Singh, who arrived in the village with his team.
