State Education Minister Kanwar Pal Gurjar said that there will be no shortage of class IV staff in the schools in the coming days. 12,408 posts of these personnel are sanctioned, out of which only 5746 have been filled. Education Minister said that very soon work will be done in this direction.
Education Minister Kanwar Pal said that Haryana government will soon fill 6642 posts of class IV employees lying vacant in schools. Safai Karamcharis, Chowkidar, Sweeper and Peon will be appointed. The School Education Department will get these employees recruited under the outsourcing policy. Education Minister Kanwar Pal gave this answer on the question of MLA Nayanpal Rawat.
On the other hand, regarding the recruitment of teachers, Education Minister Kanwar Pal said that a demand letter has been sent to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission for the recruitment of teachers on the required posts. He said that the education of the children would not be allowed to be interrupted due to lack of teachers. There is a shortage of 39,797 Principal, Headmaster, Elementary Headmaster, Head Teacher, PGT, TGT and JBT teachers in the schools of the state.
Giving information, the Education Minister said that there are 25,30,868 students in government schools in the state. In these, a total of 1,37,895 posts from Principal to Class-4 are approved, out of which 96,535 posts are filled. In schools, 398 posts of principals, 112 of headmasters, 13974 of PGTs, TGTs, 20467 of original headmasters, PRT, 4846 posts of head teachers are vacant.
He said that co-education would be promoted in the colleges of the state. In future, a separate college will be opened for girls on demand. He said that all the members of the house should make the society aware about co-education. This step will see a huge change in the society
