Eligibility of Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme
Applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
The educational institution from which the student belongs should be recognized by the relevant regulatory agency of the state or central government.
Under the Student Credit Card Scheme 2021, loans will be given to the student for general courses, technical or vocational programs for higher education.
